Dunedin Branch Pony Club ODE and Oskam Shield 2024

Saturday 30 November 2024: Dressage and SJ – Dunedin Branch Pony Club grounds, 50 Three Mile Hill Rd.

Sunday 1 December 2024: Cross-country – Dunedin Branch Pony Club grounds, 50 Three Mile Hill Rd. 

Entries close 24/11/2024.  Entry fees $55 PC members, $60 non-PC

Please note:

• Back protectors are compulsory for cross-country phase.
• Each entry must nominate a helper and provide a phone number.
• No dogs allowed.
• Limited water on site so please bring your own water.
• Stallion entries only accepted with prior approval.
• All persons entering the grounds must sign the RMP.
• Riders who are eliminated in any phase may not continue.
• All falls must be cleared by the medic.
• Please print your own Back Numbers.
• First start riders can be assisted on the cross-country but not led.
• Riders within team entries will be eligible for individual placings.
• Cancellations will be announced on Facebook at 7am.
• Full refund less $15 admin fee if entry cancelled prior to entries closing. 50% refund after entries close upon receipt of a vet certificate or medical certificate.
• Only floats and trucks to be parked on the grounds – vehicles not being used for towing to be parked on the street.

Oskam Shield Team Rules

• Teams are to be made up of 4-6 riders with at least one rider competing at each height. The best 4 scores count towards the team’s total score, however each height must have one score counted.
• The rally rules apply to all combinations with dispensations given with discretion from the District Commissioner.
• Combinations who have competed at Springston Trophy within 12 months or combinations who have competed 95cm rounds within 3 years prior to entry are ineligible to enter the Oskam Shield team classes.
• Ages are taken from the 1 August 2024.
• Clubs/branches may borrow riders to make up teams.
• Non-PC members can form a team however they will not be competing for the Oskam Shield.
