> Riding boots & EA compliant & TAGGED protective headgear must be worn at all times when mounted. A back protecter meeting current EA standards is compulsory for the XCountry phase. Back numbers will be issued. Riders must provide their own number holders.
> It is the individual's responsibility to ensure that the horse and rider are fit for this competition. Club Officials have the right to stop a rider or horse participation on safety or welfare grounds. In such case the Club Official's decision is final and refunds will not be given.
> Dogs must be leashed or tied to your float at all times.
> Electric scooters are not permitted. Bicycles must be ridden at walking pace, and helmets must be worn.
