Helpers or Donation - See #4 of the conditions of Entry:  All entries must supply one named helper which can complete the task which will give you a discount on your entry OR pay the ''No Helper Provided Donation''.
==> Shared helpers (eg. across families or with multiple horses) must seek email approval for their tasks from [email protected]  
==> Entries with helpers supplier MUST check in at the start of the day at the office to confirm you helper is onsite/ready. Helpers not reporting on the day will result in a withdrawal of the associated rider entries (no ride and no refund if not remedied on the day of competition). 
==> Roydvale financial members must select Roydvale Financial Member, option only for their entry to be accepted.
