Bookings must be made no later than 12 noon on the Friday prior to the commencement of the event or 2 business days prior to your arrival.
Pricing
Stables: $35 per night
Covered Yards: $30 per night
Yards: $15 per night - Yards do not require shavings so please select "bring my own shavings"
Bales of Shaving: $15/bale - (3 bales provides a light to
medium coverage). Please note, the stables in Block A have rubber matting.Stables in C block have a concrete floor
A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the area is left in an
unsatisfactory way. All waste must be removed from the stables.
Cancellations:
Cancellations for stabling outside of 48 hours from the event date will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
Cancellation of booking made less than 48 hours from the event date will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
Requests for cancellation are to be made through Nominate.
- Stable, yard and camping bookings are from 10am until 10am (24 hour hire)
