Located in central Victoria, the park offers 133 undercover stables, 112 day yards, large indoor sand arena, 6 outdoor dressage arenas, 3 warm up arenas & plenty of room and amenities for comfortable camping.

Please Note:

• Short straw (multicube) bedding available to order or you may bring your own bedding, long stem straw bale bedding is not permitted onsite. Note; Bedding orders made after 1pm two days prior to event wont be delivered to stable/s you may be required to collect yourself.
• A mandatory cleaning bond applies to each stable booked; this cleaning bond is fully refundable if the stable(s) are completely stripped and cleaned of all bedding, twine, string, cable ties, signage, rubbish, any writing on walls, prior to departure. Competitors may choose not to clean their stable and forfiet their bond.
• A campsite must be booked for each float or truck staying onsite with the camping booking slip to be displayed in windscreen. All campsites are priced the same.
• Vehicle registration/s details MUST be accurate to allow access to site
• Portable yards & electric fences are not permitted.
• All dogs are the responsibility of the owner and must be on leads and under strict control at all times.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations to bookings of stables, camping and/or merchandise items within 3 days prior to the event date will NOT be refunded.
• Cancellations made greater than 3 days prior to event will be charged a $25 administration fee for their refund.
