Welcome to the online registration page for Henderson Valley Pony Club.
The Pony Club season runs from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026.
The Henderson Valley Pony Club Registration Process:
For the 2025/2026 season, the entire Henderson Valley Pony Club membership enrolment process will be online through this 'Nominate' portal.

When you join Henderson Valley Pony Club, you also become part of the national New Zealand Pony Clubs Association (NZPCA).
As part of the enrolment process, NZPCA membership levies are payable direct to NZPCA, the remainder of the membership fees you pay to the Branch.
How to complete the Henderson Valley Pony Club enrolment process:
Returning members need to Renew their Henderson Valley Pony Club registration by logging in with their existing log in and password.
*** Returning members DO NOT start again from the home page as a new member or it will duplicate your existing registration. ***
Returning members, please check and update all of your existing information as part of the renewal process.
New members, please start from the home page to complete your Henderson Valley Pony Club registration from scratch as new members.
Before you begin, please read the important information below.
- Henderson Valley Pony Club registration needs to be done individually for each member
- All members over 18 years of age need to complete their own registration.
- For all members under 18, a parent is also required to join, and the parent completes the registration for both parent and child.
- For members under 18, a linked family account is created - set up the subscription for the parent first on the first page of the registration
form, and then you will be given the opportunity to add additional family members on the second page of the registration form where it says
‘Family Members'. There is a tab at the bottom of this page that says 'Add Family Member' if you need to add more than one additional
family member under 18.
- All membership categories need to complete the Henderson Valley Pony Club registration process: parents, junior equine skills members,
riders under 18, riders 18-25, adult riders (Horsemasters), coaches, life members, committee members.
Important: On the payment page, the total combined membership fee will appear (combined HVPC membership fees and NZPCA levies) with a prompt to pay via credit card.
If you click the 'Pay Via Credit Card' button you will pay the whole amount via credit card.
If you click the 'Pay The Club Directly' button, you will only be prompted to pay the NZPCA levies via credit card, and the remaining HVPC membership fees can be paid direct to the branch. (options include direct internet banking, pre arranged payment installments or onsite eftpos).
Membership with Henderson Valley Pony Club is not accepted (approved) until enrolment has been confirmed with the Branch Secretary and membership fees
have been paid to the Branch, and NZPCA membership levies have been paid direct to NZPCA.
By completing the enrolment process with Henderson Valley Pony Club, I/we agree to abide by the HVPC Branch Bylaws and Guidelines in the HVPC Members Handbook, and agree to meet the working bee requirements as indicated for the 2025/2026 season.
