Te Atatu Pony Club - General Information

Welcome to Te Atatū Pony Club!

Enroling in the Nominate Database

Nominate is the New Zealand Pony Club Association (NZPCA) membership database.  Everyone in New Zealand who joins pony club is enrolled in this database and is required to renew their membership in it every year.  At Te Atatū Pony Club membership renewal happens in Sept, before our weekly coaching rallies begin in October (Thursday evenings from 6pm).  You will be sent a renewal email and link from this database when that time comes.

Tips for enrolling on Nominate

When you enrol in Nominate you need to have a credit card handy as you have to pay your membership subscriptions to be able to complete your enrolment.  Your subscriptions include a “levy” that is automatically collected by our national body, NZPCA.

  • First screen is where you set yourself up, the Adult Member.  In the <Membership Category> field at the top of the screen you should select the relevant membership category for yourself from the drop-down list.  Our Membership Officer should have sent you an email advising which one to use, but if you're not sure please call  Anne Williams on 021 751 220.
  • Second screen is where you set up your Riding Member(s) under 18.  Again, in the <Membership Category> field at the top of the screen you should select the relevant membership category for your riding member from the drop-down list.  Our Membership Officer should have sent you an email advising which one to use, but if you're not sure please call  Anne Williams on 021 751 220.
  • Use the <Next> button at the bottom of each screen to save entry and move to next screen.

On the following screens you will enter information about emergency contacts, your horse, your acknowledgement of the NZPCA terms and conditions, and finally make your payment.
