We're excited to bring you up to date with everything going on in the world of equestrian, with coaching techniques, strategies, and best practises
It's a once-a-year opportunity to network with all our National and Association Coaches under one roof. They will facilitate workshops, seminars, and hands-on demonstrations to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Attending Dynavyte Coaches Conference is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate coaching, engage in professional discussions, and learn from our peers. It's a valuable investment in professional growth, networking, and staying current in the field of equestrian and coaching.
The Coach Awards Dinner is being held on Saturday evening to acknowledge and celebrate all:
- Gold Long Service Coach Awards
- South Island Coach of the Year
- South Island Young Coach of the Year
- All nominations for:
- Coach of the Year
- Young Coach of the Year
- First-Year Coach of the Year
- Centre Coach of the Year
The National AGM Conference in August will celebrate the:
- NZPCA Coach of the Year
- NZPCA Young Coach of the Year
- NZPCA First Year Coach of the Year
- NZPCA Centre Coach of the Year
Event Details:
- Date: 25 & 26 May 2024
- Venue: RDA & Novotel Cathedral Square, CHRISTCHURCH

The registration fee includes two full days of coaching demonstrations with the fabulous NZPCA National & Association Coaches and outside presenters, as well as 2 lunches, 2 morning teas, 1 afternoon tea, and the awards dinner.

Funding Opportunities:
Did you know you can apply for grants from organisations such as Pub Charities to cover some or all of the conference costs, including travel and accommodation? Check out Sport NZ's funding search for more details. Your Branch, Club, or Area should assist with this process. If you're travelling by air, consider booking your airfares now to avoid price hikes.

Cost:
NZPCA MEMBERS:
- Full weekend: $300, including Awards Dinner on Saturday night
- Awards Dinner Only: $85.00
- One day Only: $150.00
- Bus: $25 (if you require transport from Novotel to the RDA)
- 5.5% nominate fee applies
NON-NZPCA MEMBERS:
- Full weekend: $350, including Awards Dinner on Saturday night
- Awards Dinner Only: $85.00
- One day Only: $175.00
