This includes a National Forum on Friday, followed by conference sessions, workshops, and the Annual General Meeting across the weekend

National Forum
Friday focuses on events, event rules, programme delivery, and the practical delivery of Pony Club activities

Workshops and sessions
Saturday will include a strong programme of practical, relevant workshops designed to support Clubs and Regions in the day-to-day running of Pony Club

Sessions will focus on key areas including club administration, running events, planning for the season, and strengthening Health and Safety practices

There will also be a focus on building positive club culture, supporting volunteers, and ensuring sustainable participation

Coaching and programme updates will provide insight into current direction, expectations, and opportunities across NZPCA programmes

These sessions are designed to be practical, shareable, and directly applicable back at the Club and Region level

AGM
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday

Networking opportunities
Time has been built into the programme to allow members to connect, share experiences, and strengthen relationships across Clubs and Regions

3-Day Package: $320 (3 days and Awards Dinner)

2-Day Package: $280 (Saturday and Sunday and Awards Dinner)

Awards Dinner Only: $80

Day Attendance: $100 per day

AGM only: Free
