The Sale and District Agricultural Society welcomes you to the Sale Showgrounds.
If you are attending a horse event at the Showgrounds you can book your stables, yards and camping through the Nominate site.
PORTABLE/TEMPORARY YARDS CAN NOT BE USED AT THE SALE SHOWGROUNDS. ANY YARDS BUILT WILL BE REMOVED.
All people seeking to hire stables are required to pay a $50 bond (per stable), which is payable upon booking. The bond will be released by Nominate upon the stable being returned to the Society in a clean manner, with all bedding removed from the stable and placed in the designated waste area.
The stabling and camping system used at the Sale and District Agricultural Society is powered by Nominate and therefore your bank statement will show a charge from: Nominate Pty Ltd.
Any and all cancellations to bookings of stables, yards and camping items will NOT be refunded.
Dogs MUST be on a leash at all times - DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN TOILETS AND SHOWER FACILITIES.
SALE SHOW 2023 - BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS
Competitors attending the Sale Show and subsequent Qualifying events must note the conditions of booking.
Pricing for the event is:
- Yards: $10 per yard per night
- Stables: $100 per stable for the entire event, plus $50 refundable bond. Note cost excludes bedding; bedding can be purchased from BrownWigg (03) 5144 4441 or Sale Farm and Equine (03) 5140 8888.
- Camping: Thursday to Sunday nights (inclusive) no camping fees. Camping fees apply on Monday night, $30 per float.
